Hello, and welcome to JailBreak3GS.Com! I wanted to let you know what to expect from this site coming up soon.
If you have an iPhone, you’ve probably heard of Jailbreaking. It’s a complex topic, with a lot of conflicting and techy information floating around out there. I started this site so that people would have a place to find legitimate information and resources on how to Jailbreak 3G phones in particular.
I’m a huge fan of the 3G (partly because I can’t afford to upgrade to a 4G yet), and I spent quite a bit of time engaged in trial and error learning how to jailbreak my phone. Obviously, there were instructions out there, but they were very difficult to follow and seemed to be written by amateur “hacker” types. More than once, I ended up with a non-functional phone and had to spend hours restoring it to factory defaults.
Of all the times I’ve done an iPhone jailbreak now, I still feel like doing a JailBreak on 3G phones is one of the most difficult to accomplish.
